Actually free, not freemium
Plenty of chat apps call themselves free and then charge for private messages, filters or "boosts". Cafe Chat does not. The chat runs on ChatLife IRC, an open network supported by its community, so every room and every private message costs nothing.
There are no ads inside the chat window either, so conversations are not interrupted.
Pick a room
Start with All India Chat if you are new. If you prefer your own language, try Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali, Marathi, Gujarati or Punjabi. City rooms cover Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Pune.
Or browse the full list on the chat rooms page.
What "free" asks of you
Only good behaviour. Be kind, do not spam, and respect the moderators. That is the whole price of entry.
