Cafe Chat operates under the ChatLife IRC Network, which provides the technical infrastructure for all public channels including #India, #Allnitecafe, and #ChatLife.

Users are solely responsible for the content they share while using Cafe Chat. The Service does not monitor or endorse user-submitted content, and cannot guarantee its accuracy or reliability. Content shared in chat rooms represents the views of individual users, not Cafe Chat or ChatLife IRC.

By posting content, you grant Cafe Chat a non-exclusive, royalty-free, and perpetual license to display that content within the platform.
